Manager - Search Engine Optimization - Auto (3-7 yrs)

As the provider of SEO thought leadership for the agency - a deep understanding of big-site SEO and the measurement of success as well as a holistic view of how digital channels can work together in a complementary fashion will be again integral to the successful execution of the role.
Your market focus in this role includes servicing clients across industries like banking and finance, retail, e-commerce, start-ups and more.
Your role includes setting strategic direction for all SEO: you provide a framework which is flexible enough for all clients while still ensuring consistent and global progression against all relevant KPI's.
You will define and monitor best practice in all channels, set common KPI's and measurement parameters to ensure consistency and comparability. Moreover, you define technology stack requirements.
You will support and manage a team of 5 SEO executives who in turn own their allocated client's strategic development.
You will be a key part of the core team ensuring the agency's success in areas of performance marketing, SEO and PPC.
Requirements :
- Degree educated (or equivalent) in business or similar subject
- Minimum of 3 years in an SEO and online marketing environment - preferable agency-side experience
- Operational experience in the use of SEO tools and technologies
- Extensive experience of SEO for large websites
- Proven abilities in communication of strategy delivery
- Strong illustratable abilities in project management
- Strong analytical skills
