Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Manager to join our agency. The ideal candidate is not just proficient in SEO practices but is a sound strategist with a deep understanding of both on-page and off-page optimization techniques. They will play a pivotal role in driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings for our clients. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work autonomously, contribute innovative ideas, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

Develop and Implement SEO Strategies :

- Formulate comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to meet the specific goals and objectives of each client.

- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure maximum visibility and performance.

On-page and Off-page Optimization:

- Execute on-page optimization techniques including keyword research, content optimization, meta-tag creation, URL optimization, and internal linking.

- Implement off-page strategies such as link building, social bookmarking, guest posting, and influencer outreach to enhance domain authority and backlink profile.

Technical SEO:

- Conduct thorough website audits to identify technical issues affecting crawlability, indexation, and site speed.

- Implement technical fixes, schema markup, and structured data to improve site architecture and enhance user experience.

Content Strategy:

- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies aligned with keyword research and user intent.

- Optimize existing content and create new, engaging content that attracts organic traffic and encourages user engagement.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms to monitor performance metrics, track keyword rankings, and analyze traffic trends.

- Prepare regular reports and provide insights to clients on campaign performance, optimizations, and recommendations for improvement.

Stay Updated with SEO Trends:

- Continuously research and stay abreast of the latest developments in SEO techniques, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing trends.

- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization to stay ahead of the curve.

Client Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding SEO-related inquiries, updates, and strategy discussions.

- Provide clear and concise explanations of complex SEO concepts and strategies to clients in a client-friendly manner.
