Job Description : SEO Manager

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization (SEO) and backlink strategies. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO campaigns to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our website. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our online visibility, increase conversions, and ultimately achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.

- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.

- Perform on-page and off-page optimization, including optimizing meta tags, headings, URLs, and content structure.

- Manage and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO auditing software.

- Monitor and report on key SEO performance metrics, including rankings, traffic, click-through rates, and conversions.

- Identify and troubleshoot SEO issues, such as broken links, duplicate content, and indexing problems, and implement solutions to improve website health.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices and make recommendations for optimization based on industry changes.

- Collaborate with web developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented throughout the website and other online channels.

- Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Build and manage relationships with external partners, such as influencers, bloggers, and industry publications, to develop high-quality backlinks and increase brand exposure.

- Conduct backlink audits, identify toxic or low-quality links, and develop strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.

- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of backlink strategies and adjust tactics as needed to improve link profile quality.

- Stay informed about industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO tools to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in SEO practices.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO and backlink strategies.

- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

- Proficiency in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.

- Experience in conducting keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.

- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website development processes.

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and increasing organic traffic and conversions.

- Ability to stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving measurable objectives.

- Certification in SEO or related fields is a plus.
