Manager - Search Engine Optimization (5-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- We seek a results-driven and experienced SEO Manager to lead our Search Engine Optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEO strategies, stay abreast of industry trends, and be capable of driving organic traffic growth while optimising website performance.
Key Responsibilities :
SEO Strategy Development :
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and ranking.
- Stay updated on industry trends, and algorithm changes to adjust strategies accordingly.
Keyword Research and Analysis :
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Analyse competitor websites and industry trends to refine keyword targeting.
On-Page and Off-Page Optimization :
- Optimise website content and structure for search engines.
- Execute off-page optimisation strategies, including link-building and content partnerships.
Technical SEO :
- Conduct website audits to identify and address technical SEO issues.
- Collaborate with web development teams to implement SEO best practices.
Content Optimization :
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.
- Optimise existing content for relevancy and search performance.
Analytics and Reporting :
- Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Prepare regular reports on key SEO metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Local SEO :
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise local search visibility.
- Manage local business listings and reviews for enhanced local SEO impact.
Collaboration and Training :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO best practices into broader digital strategies.
- Provide training and guidance on SEO principles to internal teams.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, algorithms, and best practices.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
