Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead efforts to enhance our search engine rankings and online presence through advanced and innovative SEO strategies, driving measurable growth and impact for the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored for B2B audiences to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research focused on high-value B2B terms and integrate them into content and site architecture.
On-Page SEO:
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking with a focus on driving B2B lead generation.
- Ensure that all pages comply with the latest SEO standards and best practices.
Off-Page SEO:
- Plan and execute targeted link-building campaigns, particularly with authoritative B2B-focused websites and directories.
- Monitor and maintain the backlink profile to ensure a healthy balance of quality links.
Technical SEO:
- Perform website audits to identify and fix issues such as broken links, duplicate content, and crawl errors.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the website is optimized for performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness, particularly for B2B client requirements.
Content Optimization:
- Work with the content team to create engaging, SEO-friendly content targeted at B2B audiences, such as whitepapers, case studies, and blogs.
- Optimize blog posts, landing pages, and other website content for B2B-specific keywords.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms, focusing on metrics like lead generation and conversion rates.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights to improve rankings, traffic, and B2B lead quality.
Competitor Analysis:
- Analyze competitor websites in the B2B space to identify strengths and weaknesses in their SEO strategies.
- Leverage insights to enhance Incruiter's competitive edge in B2B search rankings.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in the B2B sector.
- Adapt strategies to align with industry advancements and search engine updates.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in SEO with demonstrated expertise in on-page and off-page optimization for B2B or product-based companies.
- Experience in technical SEO and working with B2B websites or platforms is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable strategies, especially for B2B audiences.
