Manager - Salesforce Business Development - IT (1-4 yrs)

We are currently hiring for a Salesforce Business Development Manager role at ROL Consultancy, an onsite, full-time position (5 days a week). ROL Consultancy is a growing IT recruitment and staffing startup, specializing in Salesforce consulting and IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end sales of Salesforce solutions and consulting services

- Lead generation and client acquisition

- Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients

- Driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Consulting Sales - Focus on selling Salesforce consulting services rather than product-based selling.

Lead Generation & Prospecting - Identify and qualify potential clients through various outbound sales strategies.

End-to-End Sales Ownership - Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure.

Outbound Sales Expertise - Strong experience in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking to generate business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management - Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Sales Target Achievement - Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.

Who We Are Looking For:

- 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, B2B consulting sales, or recruitment-based sales.

- Proven experience in Salesforce consulting sales (not product selling).

- Strong expertise in lead generation, outbound sales, and business development.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and contribute to business growth.

- There are Salesforce products that some people sell, which we don't require. Then there's Salesforce consulting, which involves implementation, customization, and configuration - this is what we need. Lastly, there's work related to Salesforce CRM, such as dashboards and reports, which we don't require at all.

Important Criteria's - Only Salesforce consulting Sales/Sold , NO product selling. US market, lead generation and outbound sales and Cold Calling
