Manager - Sales - Web Aggregation Platform (3-6 yrs)
Job Description : Web Aggregator
- The incumbent will be responsible to drive the Web Aggregator channel, contributing to the revenue growth.
- The incumbent will be required to chart out a long term view of the Web Aggregator channel's path that the company will ultimately follow for revenue growth.
- The core responsibility area would be to develop and execute an integrated web aggregator approach that meets the company's periodic objectives.
This will include the following :
1. Sales through web aggregators
2. Design an annual roadmap with the goal to achieve Sales Targets
3. Channel Management : Manage the operations (campaigns, partners and internal teams) across different functions on a daily basis to meet the business goals.
4. Identifying and acquiring potential web aggregators across the industry with the optimum emphasis on quality, compliance and business potential.
5. Relationship management with aggregators across different levels from top management to middle management.
6. Monitor the pre sales activities at web aggregator's end to ensure CHOICe being pitched to customers properly.
7. To ensure robust processing of the cases by effective liaising with NB, UW, PS.
8. To work with the Products team for sharing the market info on the leading product trends and feedback to them for new product development.
9. To conceptualize and execute campaigns to motivate the partners
10. Support and work with the Partner's Business Development team to create and pursue new business opportunities.
11. Sales Target achievement
12. Acquisition of new partners (Web Sales)
13. Tracking Logins and Issuance
14. Minimize customer & partner complaints
15. Effective management of partner relationships
Major Challenges :
1. The incumbent must possess and display strategic ability and analytical skills
2. Should be competent at analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data.
3. Communicate complicated matters in a simple, structured way to senior management
4. Ability to understand and define a content management strategy
5. Adept at relationship management at top and middle management levels
6. Aware about the best practices in the web aggregation industry
7. Should be good at working with cross functional teams
Role Context :
- The incumbent will need to grow and develop the web aggregator channel.
- Apart from working with the existing partners, he should be instrumental in identifying potential partners that can tie up in the web aggregation space and initiate new partnerships.
- Depending upon the volume of business and the expansion, resources would be allocated to the incumbent.
- He needs to be a team player as the profile would require the involvement of cross-functional teams to see the business through.
