Manager - Sales - VoIP/IT (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Making cold calls and scheduling meetings with sales managers in order to generate leads.
- Make cold calls and outgoing calls to prospective clients in an effort to close deals on VoIP services (B2B)
- Continue to have a pool of potential customers who are qualified.
- Contact clients again. Maintain a record of prospective clients' needs.
- Provide clients with all the necessary service knowledge in order to assist and advise them.
- Respond to any client concerns and ensure that they are settled promptly and in accordance with the specified parameters.
- Sending proposals to clients and following up with them on any outstanding payments.
- In just one phone call, guarantee the highest calibre of customer pleasure.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Good communication Skills
