Job Description:
01) Perform sales activities for the wooden flooring products especially vinyl flooring product
02) Focus on client acquisition and expansion of business to generate revenue for the organization
03) Create relationships and make the first sale with local contractors, architects, builders, and channel partners
04) Possess good knowledge about the leading competitors, dealers and major customers in the field
05) Candidates should have thorough knowledge about the sale of any building material products, preferably flooring materials
06) Should have good contacts with dealers and must have experience of selling to Dealers and also of Project Marketing
07) Should achieve the desired sales target and collection target within the time frame
08) Generate and provide reports related to sales
09) Experience of organizing sales exhibitions, participation in seminars etc., will be more desirable
10) Should be determined to penetrate the market and create more dealers/customers.
11) Should be able to crack the market and grow the Company's brand in Market
12) Attend to the customer grievance, if any and resolve the issues
Key Skills :
01) Minimum experience of 3 years in the building material industry
02) Knowledge about vinyl flooring products
03) Confident and bold personality, open to approaching new customers and vendors without hesitation
04) Be professional and presentable at all the times
05) Should have excellent communication and team management skills
06) Must have a positive approach
07) Candidate needs to have a bike for travel
