Manager - Sales - Vehicle (3-6 yrs)
JOB PURPOSE :
Candidate will be responsible for sourcing of Pre owned cars through exchange retails & other sources and sales of Pre Owned Cars & True Value Certified Cars in the assigned territory of the region as per implemented SOPs.
1. Principal Accountabilities :
- Dealer Network Management for Sourcing & Selling of Pre Owned Cars
- Certification of True Value Category vehicles
- Ensuring implementation of System & Process as per guidelines
Sales Target Achievement :
- Dealer profitability tracking and improvement by identifying area of concerns in operations
- Analysis from MIS (daily/monthly reports)
Major Challenges :
- Managing business relationships with all new car channels (Arena/Nexa/Commercial) for sourcing of Pre Owned Cars through Exchange Retails
- Interaction at various levels in dealerships (Dealer Owner/CEO/GM - Sales/Service/True Value and front end team members for business performance
- Ensuring TAT for various process in business operations viz. refurbishment of POC
- Tracking competition for Market Share, new developments in terms of network, process, technology etc.
- Evolving new competition viz. online aggregators, technology based business dynamics
- Efforts for direct sourcing of quality POCs
