Manager - Sales - uPVC (2-9 yrs)
We are looking for a competitive, creative and trustworthy Sales Executive for our client. The company is a part of the biggest construction group, known for its windows, home fittings and interior solutions. The company has installed one of the biggest fully automatic UPVC manufacturing units in India.
- As a sales executive, you will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. You need to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our client competitive and innovative.
- Perform business development activities, design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
- As a sales executive, achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results just like sales representative.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team by doing strategic management.
- You must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets and dose the channel management.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate VOC data to superiors.
- Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing an order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process.
