Role Description

We are hiring for a core team member to lead our sales and management effort. We have an established UK office with local staff and a highly experienced sales team.

As a Sales manager you will work closely with the founders to execute and manage the UK operations.

Will include travelling

We firmly believe this role is a performance driven role

The ideal candidate will have :

- Experienced with selling jewellery and handling customers directly

- International experience or exposure of sales in varied markets

- Data driven and non-linear thinker

- Strong bias for action to execute to in real-time

- Ability to work remotely from India office and travel as needed

- Ability to handle operations and backend office

- Lead Product Development based on market needs

- 5 years of hands-on sales and customer handling experience, basic understanding of manufacturing

The responsibilities will evolve over time and hence we are looking for people with

strong work ethics.

Qualification : Graduate Post Graduate

Working Days : 6 Days a Week ( to )
