Sales Manager (UHNWI & HNWI)

Role Objective:

This role needs a Sales Professional with a strong background in engaging with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) in India. This role will focus on identifying and promoting our innovative Cybersecurity business Model to UHNWIs, potentially converting this into a new business line for them. The ideal candidate will leverage their existing network and experience to introduce this unique opportunity to the right audience.

Role Context:

The UHNWIs Sales Professional will be responsible for developing and executing a targeted strategy to engage UHNWIs, understand their business interests, and present our Cybersecurity business Model as a lucrative investment opportunity. This role will require a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of UHNWIs, as well as the ability to tailor pitches to meet these needs.

Key Must haves:

- Identify and Engage Potential UHNWIs

- Promote the Cybersecurity Franchise Model

- Develop Tailored Proposals

- Leverage Insights from Wealth Management or Luxury Services

- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships

Candidate Profile:

Experience: A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience working with UHNWIs in India, preferably within wealth management, private banking, or luxury brand sectors that provide personalized services.

Skills: Excellent networking and communication skills with a proven track record of developing and maintaining high-level relationships with UHNWIs. Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence decision-making at the highest levels.

Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand complex business models and investment opportunities, and to articulate these in a way that resonates with UHNWIs.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to a new industry (cybersecurity) and the ability to quickly learn and convey the unique aspects of our franchise model.

Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated individual who is results-driven and capable of working independently to achieve ambitious sales targets.
