Synapse Search Partner is mandated to hire for Manager - UHNI Donor and Family Foundation role.

Job Summary:

- The Manager - UHNI Donor and Family Foundation will play a critical role in engaging with existing UHNI donors and raising revenue through major contributions. This role involves soliciting new business by acquiring new UHNI donors, retaining existing major donors, and cultivating relationships with family foundations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and enthusiastic professional with a strong background in UHNI sales, preferably within the NGO, banking, financial, Real Estate, Luxury, Hospitality or insurance industries.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Build and manage internal and external networks to identify, cultivate, and solicit high-value donors and develop relationships with family foundations.

- Create activities to recruit new high-value donors.

- Generate leads through online platforms and offline means.

- Profile leads based on their philanthropic interests, age, and giving patterns.

- Prepare and deliver creative and professional fundraising proposals and presentations to potential donors.

- Move potential donors toward solicitation and closure in an appropriate and timely fashion.

- Act as the one-point contact for UHNI donors and family foundations.

- Maintain donor relationships through personal visits, phone calls, and emails as per the defined donor journey.

- Collaborate with the marketing and communication team to design all necessary materials.

- Organize agreed arrangements, reports, and meetings for high-value donors.

- Graduate existing donors toward legacy giving.

- Provide weekly work plans to the line manager.

- Participate in new fundraising strategies, overall annual plans, and other fundraising activities as needed.

Qualifications/Experience:

- Minimum qualification: Graduation from any stream.

- At least 7 years of experience in UHNI sales within the NGO, banking, financial, or insurance industries.

- Experience in HNI and UHNI relationship management roles.

- Presently handling HNI of 200 cr net-worth minimum.

- Direct experience dealing with HNI and UHNI donors is desirable.

- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and confident.

- Candidates transitioning from the banking or insurance sector to a philanthropic role are welcome to apply.

- Highly performance-oriented and target-driven.

- Excellent team player with a collaborative and consultative approach.

- Innovative, aggressive, and persistent.

- Assumes responsibility and accountability for performance.

- Confident, with a pleasing personality.

- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

- Result-driven to achieve ambitious growth targets.

- Existing network required for UHNI sales.

- Willingness to travel.

- Pure hunting role focused on new donor acquisition.
