Job Summary :
The role's core functions are :
- Hold complete ownership of overall Sales, for all Product lines, in both Revenue & Volume terms, for the Corporate Sales segment
- Corporate Sales development and management
- Collection of Receivables
- Assures the Company and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders
Key Duties/Responsibilities :

Strategic :
- Develop long term Sales Plan for Corporate Sales, in line with Company's vision including growth/market share objectives
- Corporate Sales development plan
- Collection plan
- Relationship management with all stakeholders
- Develop service support plan
Operational :
- Ensure complete delivery of Annual Sales Plan, for the assigned territory, in all aspects
- Continuously monitor Sales & Collections performance
- Corporate Sales management
- Regular monitoring of market performance Segment/Customer-wise
- Ensure compliance of SOPs
- Ensure timely submission of periodic Sales reports
Key Result Areas (KRA's) :
- Overall Revenue achievement
- Customer base expansion and maintenance
- Accounts receivables
- Market penetration Share of market etc.
- Customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications & Experience :
- 4 to 7 years of Sales experience, preferably from Tyres/Automobile industry
- Experience in managing/developing domestic, distribution-lead products
- MBA/Post Graduate/Graduate
