Job Description : Sales Manager

- Handling B2C, B2B and corporate leads for company .

- Generating revenue from new leads as well as from reselling to the existing client base .

Maintaining relation with existing clients to ensure referral business .


- Handling Sales & Operations of most epic expedition Road to London. (India to London self-drive expedition) Supporting for sales & operations of others self-drive expeditions & cross border drive. Handling weekly & monthly sales, analytics, marketing & promotion report.


- Monitoring & helping in designing the campaign strategy and baselines for promotions. Managing arrangements and ground handling including hotel booking, transportation, itinerary planning, and coordination with-in the team & venders.


- Preparing day-wise itinerary, costing sheet of the expeditions. Supporting to introduce new destinations, itinerary, and products to organization. Vendor Management (including reservation, contracting, negotiations and clearing finances) As a part of Innovation team, we work on differently & out of the box ideas. These have led into increase in lead generation and market image followed by growth in revenue.


- Follow up on all business inquiries and leads and qualify business to generate room nights and impact RevPar performance Increase profitability within margin management guidelines by delivering single or mix of available products Working with operations team to ensure all enquiries/converted leads are actioned efficiently Contribute to the development of organization value proposition through effective probing and understanding of the customers business model and competitive landscape

- Collaborate with marketing in preparing participation strategy and implementing special promotions related to direct sales segments for both individual and group clients

- Devising & implementing improvements for excellence including collecting customer

- Feedback and reviewing/revising customer sales experience

- Collaborate with Pre-sales consulting and Product Management Team to stay aware of the market trend and product knowledge

- Responsible for growing the sales pipeline by identifying business prospects through attending trade shows, conferences and industry meetings

- Plan and execute sales trips, sales call and apparent client site visits

- Supervise support staff in the planning, administration and execution of select client events and other sales promotions

- Achieve monthly and annual revenue and direct sales goals including sales calls, prospecting calls and corresponding funnel requirements

- Having ability to do the new business development and achieve desired goals.

- Identifying new business opportunities and engage with prospects.

- Nurture existing relationships with the Travel agencies and Consolidators.

- Maintaining up to date knowledge about competitive positioning in the marketplace.

- Meet or exceed quarterly business development objectives.

- Effectively manage the assigned territory to maximize business potential.

- Preparing and giving sales presentations to prospective clients.

- Good exposure to Small, Medium & Large enterprises market.

- Handling a team and supporting them to meet their targets as well as meeting my individual targets.

- Maintaining strong client relationships and a high level of customer service

- Preparing pre-sales proposals for prospective clients

- Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities via white spacing the accounts/geographies/verticals assigned

- Responsible for qualified lead generation and development of healthy sales funnel

- Manage all communication with leads till sales closure including presentations and first level product demos

- Nurturing clients/partner relationship to both influence and build a pipeline of opportunities

- Negotiation in terms of deal pricing and making an effort to close the deal immediately

- Ensuring client satisfaction at all levels

- Maximizing sales revenue by up selling in existing accounts and cross selling

- Meet out monthly sales target in focus domains

- Experience of selling enterprise solutions across different business verticals

- Ability to manage internal stakeholders to successfully sell to Enterprise and HNI clients

- Generating customer needs and delivering quality services
