Manager - Sales - Travel & Tourism (3-8 yrs)
Job Summary :
The purpose of the role is to achieve sales of the assigned 2nd home/vacation home/holiday home project within a stipulated time. This is an individual contributor role. This role holder may act as a deputy in the absence of the Project Head
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Identifies the customer's needs in detail and suggests the best option available from the project inventory
- Negotiates with the customer for the best rate to ensure the profitability of the project doesn't affect.
- Advises customers on different payment options available to fulfill their needs.
- Provides the customer with a payment schedule and follows up with them to collect payments on time.
- Ensures collection targets are achieved within the timelines
- Updates the customer regularly on the developments happening on their site.
- Supports the Project Head in preparing productivity report, sales report and any other report as required by the senior management
- Acts as a deputy to the Project Head in their absence
- Resolves queries of colleagues whenever required
- Prepare and send their productivity report daily
- Supports the Project head in training and coaching new and existing team members"
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
- Open for candidates from Hospitality/Retail/Travel & Tourism/BFSI any other service industry background with 4 - 8 years of work experience in Business to Business or Business to Customer roles
- Strong influencing abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with a zeal to achieve
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
