Manager - Sales Training - Premium Car Segment (5-10 yrs)
Sales Training Manager- Premium car segment
Location - Bangalore
CTC 8 L, preferably from premium car segment
Experience : 5-10 Yeas in any premium car segment as a trainer
Responsibilities :
Request to share suitable profiles.
E Learning:
- Creating Excellence pin for new joinees and educating them on E-learning modules
- Regarding quarterly target, E learning monitoring all employees on the completion for the same.
- Attending all escalation pertaining to E learning by close coordination with JLR team.
Induction training sessions :
- Conducting training session for new joinees for both sales and service
- Training participants on History of Kuttukuran group and JLR
- Making participants to understand on auto basics and selling skills modules
Quiz:
- Conducting quiz to sales team on monthly and Quarterly basis
- Quiz will be conducted on Product and process oriented subject lines.
- Based on Quiz results, action plan will be created especially for underperformed sales staff
Knowledge sharing sessions(KSS),6PP,Maximizer :
- KSS will be conducted to sales staff daily at morning meeting
- Separate roaster will be planned to each outlets and KSS will be conducted
- KSS had given results to gain more knowledge on JLR vehicles and competition products
- 6PP will be conducted to all sales team members to enhance the knowledge index of respective products
- Skill development session will be conducted viz., negotiation techniques, presentation techniques, Rapo building techniques and etc
Product trainings, Refreshers and Test drive etiquettes :
- Product training will be conducted on regular basis as and when it is essential.
- Before quiz from JLR based on topics assigned, product trainings will be provided on the allocated subjects
- MCF products and new model year product training will be conducted followed by post test
- Process regarding test drive and skill enhancements during test drive will be conducted on dynamic product presentation procedures.
Mystery shopping audits :
1. Mystery audit will be conducted on quarterly basis to measure skill set of front line sales staff
2. Based on mystery audit shopping potentiality of sales staff is evaluated and same thing will be benchmarked for award ceremony.
OJT and Developmental plans :
1. OJT will be conducted on regular basis for bottom performers to understand the gaps
2. Developmental plan will be created based on OJT and monitor the PS based on DP developed and coaching them on the same.
3. Productivity enhancement will be analyzed based on the OJT and developmental plan traced
Non Technical modules/Soft skills training :
1. Soft skills training will be conducted to keep up the sales etiquettes in the fraternity
2. Motivational and Goal setting kind of session will boost up the confidence level in sales person
Rewards and recognition :
1. Reward and recognition events will be hosted from HR and training department
