Manager - Sales Training - Education/Training (5-10 yrs)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Team Handling - 60% Training Delivery & Content Development - 40%
- Position will primarily be responsible for managing a team of AMs, responsible for delivering training to new hire & existing admission counsellors & sales team through video conferencing
- Person will also be required to deliver trainings
- Gather TNI & prepare refresher plans
- Content Development
- Prepare relevant reports and share with respective stakeholders
- Conduct employee induction program as & when required
- Achieve CSAT scores of all the branches through systematic training interventions
Qualification & Skill Requirements :
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA in HR (Not a mandate though)
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in training department & must have handled a team of trainers for at least 2-3 years
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning etc).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good time management skills
- Should be proficient with MS office (especially excel & ppt)
