Manager - Sales Training - Education (1-6 yrs)
We are looking for a professional sales trainer with exceptional credibility to influence sales professionals.
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Induction, product & sales training (Product technical knowledge, brand positioning, selling skills etc.) and other trainings for all direct sales and partner sales personnel.
- Experience in designing the training process and has trained average of 50 people in a month.
- Additionally, monitor the sales calls and share feedback with the personnel.
- Get new sales recruits for success by training them on products, internal sales processes; develop individual coaching plans, provide resources and assistance, schedule meetings and learning sessions with senior representatives and other department representatives.
- Proactively ensure that the Sales learning material is kept up to date and has the latest information.
- Develop learning programs that is customized to the project goals.
- Determines learning needs by sitting with sales team; observing sales calls; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.
- Conduct learning sessions based on the training needs identified
- Provide active and ongoing support to the existing sales team through personalized coaching activities
- Improves learning effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques and constantly engages with sales managers for active feedback
Skills Required :
- Exceptional knowledge of delivery and facilitation skills - ability to deliver training programs from existing materials and teach sales for technical products.
- Prior sales experience in outbound process/B2C/Telesales is desirable
- 5-6 Years of experience in training.
- B. Tech plus MBA from Tier 1 College.
