Manager - Sales Training & Development (2-4 yrs)
Become a Sales Training and Development Manager and be instrumental in elevating the skills of our sales team. In this role, you'll design and deliver training programs to ensure agents are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed in the market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing sales agents.
- Monitor agent performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support agents with ongoing development and career progression.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Experience in sales training and development (minimum 3 years).
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
