We at edWisor looking for Sales Trainer - Manager to join our team and help our sales team to do wonders with their exceptional credibility
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct On Board Induction & Orientation Training for all new sales employees.
- Develop instructional material for sales trainees.
- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
- Develop communication skills in sales and marketing people.
- Ensure that the training is conducted within the budgetary limits.
- Plan, schedule and provide training for sales personnel.
- Teach and instruct marketing trends and methods to sales personnel.
- Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses.
- Proactively ensure that the Sales learning material is kept up to date and has the latest information.
- Determines learning needs by sitting with sales team; observing sales calls; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.
- Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role.
- Prior sales experience in B2C/Telesales model is desirable.
- Prefer someone from Education Sector.
- Experience in designing and delivering Sales content to larger teams.
- Excellent relationship management, influence and communication skills.
