Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager- Lending Sales Training

Location: Noida

Budget; 10-12lpa

Skills set: CRM, Loan department,- sales cycle and trainer.

Notice period : 15-30days

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Process Training:


Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales team's understanding of business loan products, including loan features, benefits, compliance, and underwriting processes.


- Train the sales team on the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.


- Create ramp-up plans to accelerate the learning curve for new team members and ensure they reach full productivity quickly.

- Sales Techniques & Soft Skills Training :


- Develop training modules to enhance selling techniques, objection handling, and negotiation skills.


- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales representatives, helping them improve their approach and close rates.


- Train on soft skills, such as communication, active listening, and relationshipbuilding, to better engage with potential business loan clients.


Performance Monitoring & Feedback :


- Track the progress of team members post-training, offering ongoing support to address knowledge gaps and performance improvements.


- Analyze training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback surveys, and sales performance data.

Compliance & Risk Management :


- Ensure that the sales team adheres to regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and Credflow's internal compliance policies when selling business loans.


- Conduct refresher training on compliance and risk management on a regular basis.

- Collaboration with Leadership :


- Work closely with the Sales Leadership and HR teams to align training initiatives with company objectives and sales goals.


- Participate in strategy sessions and contribute to the development of new sales programs and campaigns.
