Manager - Sales - TMT Bars (6-15 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for TMT bars and retail sales.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Manage the sales team, set targets and KPIs, and monitor performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our products remain competitive and relevant.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure sales objectives are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote our products and build relationships with potential customers and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in selling TMT bars and/or retail sales is preferred in steel and textile industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
