Manager - Sales/Telecalling - IT (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities : IT Sales is Mandatory
We are looking for an upbeat Telemarketer to be responsible for contacting potential customers telephonically and informing them of our products and services. The Telemarketer will use a directory of contact numbers to phone individuals and read a scripted sales pitch to them.
Our company is in the field of providing IT Infrastructure (Fiber Optic Based), Electronic Safety & Security services such as CCTV, Access Control, FAS Audio Visual services such as Home Automation, The executive will be responsible for working with above systems, software, and hardware.
Sales Manager JD
1. Target based Role - achieve sales targets.
2. Manage junior team members and overall team targets as well.
3. Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
4. Achieve company objectives through effective planning, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
5. Generate leads, build and nurture client relationships.
6. Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings such as Home Automation, IT Networking, structured cabling, Data centre infrastructure, CCTV, Access control, FAS system, PA system, etc
7. Research B2B and B2C needs and identify how our solutions meet them.
Tele Calling JD
1. Initiating sales calls with potential Prospects/Customers over the phone.
2. Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
3. Listening to the customers' needs to generate appointments for field sales staff
4. Answering customers questions on the products.
5. Booking appointment for Team Leader and field sales.
6. Using sales scripts offered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
7. Prepare a list of objections faced during tele calling.
8. Order follow up and closure on phone
