Manager - Sales/Telecalling - BPO (5-10 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and enhance the sales performance of our gaming platform. The ideal candidate will analyze leads, optimize sales strategies, resolve challenges, and drive team success through effective leadership and training.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Analysis & Strategy: Develop tailored sales strategies to maximize lead conversion.

- Sales Performance: Monitor and improve sales processes to achieve targets and identify areas for improvement.

- Script & Pitch Optimization: Refine sales scripts and ensure consistent client messaging.

- Challenge Resolution: Address and resolve sales challenges to enhance results.

- Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and manage the sales team for peak performance.

- Reporting: Track KPIs and present performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in gaming or a related (BPO) industry.

- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Proficient in CRM tools and sales reporting.

- Flexible with rotational shifts and offs.

- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
