- At VKJ Global Pte Ltd, our focus is on developing technology solutions centered around human needs, aiming to optimize efficiency, enhance performance, and deliver user-friendly designs. We are currently in search of a Sales Manager who will be responsible for overseeing sales activities related to our applications and crafting meaningful experiences tailored to our customers' needs.
- During a typical day, you'll be working alongside our web team to determine customer needs, brainstorm solutions, generate website mockups and prototypes, present these prototypes to customers, and both develop and optimize live platforms. We're looking for someone who is quick on their feet, possesses strong technical skills in word press and woo commerce, and isn't afraid to ask questions.
- We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a deep understanding of WordPress and WooCommerce products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing strategic guidance to the sales team. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Strong knowledge of WC Lovers and WcFM plugin for multivendor marketplace
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for WordPress and WooCommerce products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead the sales team in achieving individual and team targets, providing coaching and support as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our WordPress and WooCommerce solutions.
Requirements :
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in selling WordPress and WooCommerce products or related digital solutions.
- Deep understanding of WordPress and WooCommerce platforms, features, and functionalities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
