Manager - Sales - Technical Services (6-8 yrs)
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- End-to-end sales: Lead generation to Closure, and everything in between
- Contact leads derived from lists, referrals and other lead-gen partners and programs
- Qualification of leads from email exchanges, Linkedin etc
- Outbound calling to establish connects with appropriate CIOs, VPs, Directors, QA Managers of ISVs, Industry verticals for understanding customer IT landscape
- Prepared to work in UK shifts, not initially though
- Cold call on an existing / new database of prospects with a view of generating qualified appointments/ meetings / teleconferences
- Strategically map and translate business problems into opportunities across services / product lines and customer segments; work with delivery teams to articulate this well
- Ability to set, generate meetings and sense opportunities on phone
- Identify ideal cross-sell and up-sell scenario
- Conduct research for data cleansing and maintain data accuracy
- Meticulous use of CRM to capture leads, opportunities and follow-ups
- Responsible to build a solid pipeline of opportunities
Experience:
- Minimum of 6-8 years of solid Sales / Business Development with experience mix in the UK, Europe markets and India with an IT / Testing Services firm
- Experience in selling IT services to Retail & eCommerce is a definite plus
- Good negotiator and killer instincts for closing deals
- Opportunity mining experience- should be good in requirement elicitation & mining opportunities across integrated IT systems
- Should have achieved unit value USD 100k-500k closures by his / her own efforts

- Willingness to work in UK, EMEA shifts
