Manager - Sales Support (0-1 yrs)
1. Email marketing, Data mining and doing all Pre-Sales activities, B2B marketing, research and format data (Red flag and others), database build up.
2. Managing social media for company promotion, using LinkedIn, Mail chimp and several other platforms.
3. Facilitating the entire sales process by giving presentation to prospective leads and support in sales closure
4. Work closely with the sales team to build relationships with customers.
5. Is responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, providing data and guidance to the sales team, managing sales tracking tools, and analyzing sales trends. Liaise with account managers, stay updated on product launches, and suggest sales process improvements.
