Manager - Sales - Staffing Firm (1-8 yrs)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with expertise in Middle East staffing sales, capable of managing both blue-collar and white-collar staffing services. Based in Hyderabad, you will play a pivotal role in driving our staffing business expansion by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for both blue-collar and white-collar roles in Middle East.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition :
- Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients in Middle East seeking both blue-collar and white-collar staffing solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, leveraging market research and networking.
Solution Presentation:
- Tailor staffing solutions to meet client needs, presenting comprehensive proposals and conducting effective presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design customized staffing strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Foster strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Revenue Growth:
- Meet and exceed revenue targets for both blue-collar and white-collar staffing services.
- Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability.
Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in Middle East (Saudi preferred).
- Provide market insights to inform business strategy.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate client requirements effectively within the organization.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all contractual agreements and compliance requirements are met for both blue-collar and white-collar placements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Reporting:
- Generate regular sales reports, forecast revenue, and provide updates to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in business development, particularly in Middle East/Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of both blue-collar and white-collar staffing solutions and the Saudi labor market.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Analytical mindset to assess market trends and client needs.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
