About the Opportunity :
We are seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in achieving sustainable revenue growth for our organization. With a focus on Sales, the ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive new client acquisition and cultivate long-term relationships with both Direct and Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients in the IT Staffing and recruitment industry.
What you'll be doing :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead sales efforts in identifying and acquiring new clients to generate perpetual revenue streams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions, while also independently nurturing client connections.
- Proven experience in dealing with large enterprises, especially in campus spaces.
- Own up the quota as an individual contributor
What you'll need :
- Minimum of 5-15 years of experience in new client acquisition within the IT Staffing and recruitment industry.
- Should have a pre-requisite network of Mid-Size IT companies, Global Enterprises, and GCC.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain consistency in delivering the results.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have experience in contract staffing.
- Exposure to RPO sales.
- WFO setup
