Manager - Sales - Sports Surfaces/Flooring/Paint/Ply/Wood Furniture/Construction (4-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth in the respective vertical
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with existing key customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities for strategic decision-making
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance and pipeline
- Collaborate with other departments, including accounts and logistics, to ensure smooth execution
Qualifications :
- Masters in Business Administration - Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sports surfaces/ flooring industry/Paint industry/Ply or Wood Furniture/Construction/Architect(Interior Sales)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Age below 35 years
