Job Duties - Sales Manager
- Seeking prospective bulk purchasers
- Appointing/creating distributors, wholesalers in the assigned territory
- Managing bulk distribution network & channel sales management
- Maintaining and increasing sales of the company
- Increasing business opportunities through various channels of sales into the market
- Ensuring Distribution & Visibility across wholesalers, distributors
- Inventory management
- Match the primary and secondary sales for achieving the sales target.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for a specified area
- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer base
- Servicing the needs of existing customers
- Setting sales targets for individual representatives and your team as a whole
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Preparation of stock and sales report
- Preparation of daily sales reports
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
Skills Required :
- Prior work experience in a Spice industry
- Strong Verbal & Written Communication skills
- Drive the sales process from plan to close
- Leadership skills
- Strong Convincing power & negotiation skills
- Distribution sales, channel sales, Vendor Development
- High-level proficiency with MS Office programs
