- We have established ourselves in the Corporate sector and want to expanding in the retain sector and hence looking out for "Manager - Special Projects" who will be responsible for the following:

- Research and identify new business opportunities under Pay to Party ( P2P) - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets in 6 cities , Mumbai, N Delhi, Bangalore , Pune, Hyd ( in Phase 1) and other 7-8 cities in Phase

- Think and work strategically and alter operational changes as per business requirements

- Promote Novex Brand in the assigned City by building Customers like affiliate like Retail outlets , Malls, Gymnasiums , Gymkhanas and exclusive clubs , bars , pubs , resturants etc, where Bollywood music is played , being one Stop Solution for all customer needs.

- Responsible for accelerating our presence in offline space by driving Corporates , affiliates On-boarding & servicing within an assigned geographical area.

- Maintain records of recordings , revenue, invoices etc.of fresh/ new clients

- Proactively provide awareness to new clients on Licensing ,Copyright and Public Performances regulations .

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

- Develop all reporting staff into valuable and cohesive team players

- Present recordings , revenue reports to the management team on daily, weekly & monthly basis

- Responsible for achieving on-boarding targets, sales targets of team as well as individual.
