- Preparing sales Strategy for launch and sustenance
- Preparing Pricing for the clients
- Managing Inventory, deal with investors, sourcing and closing
- Creating Corporate Identity/Branding, Project Marketing + advertising
- handling corporate + Project launch campaign, Market Analysis
- Sourcing of properties for all verticals - service apartments, co-living & workspace
- Representing to companies - forming strategic Alliances etc
- Primary Sales, Marketing, Presentation skills, Ms Office, Networking skills.
