Manager - Sales - Solar Rooftops (6-8 yrs)
Designation/Work Level Sales Manager - Rooftops
Job Profile - High value sales to Developer Partners and B2B customers.
- Sales back ground in capital goods sector (HVAC/ UPS/ DG sets) could also work.
- Achievement of FY sales/ revenue target through:
- Generating new leads and following up of new leads received from sales force/ call center.
- Developing strong relationships with large developers as well as key corporate clients (both roof top and open access) in the region.
- Strengthen the Value Added Reseller (VAR)/ Channel Intermediary (CI) network in the region by supporting the existing channel and identifying new partners.
- Tracking of key regulatory/ policy developments both at the centre as well as the Regional level.
- Tracking the activities/ strategies of competitors in the Region and formulating a suitable tactical response in conjunction with the TPS sales management team
- Co-ordinate with cross functional teams from Engineering, Project execution/ planning to ensure that all customer queries are answered in a timely manner and projects are executed flawlessly.
Candidate Profile -
- BE with overall experience of 6 to 8 years. An MBA qualification would be an asset.
- Sound commercial knowledge. Experience of having negotiated large contracts would be an asset.
- Prior customer facing experience in Solar Industry will be an added advantage
- Should have good analytical capability (comfort with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint)
