Manager - Sales - Solar Projects (3-7 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Sales Pipeline Management :
- Develop, monitor, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue flow.
- Identify, prioritize, and target potential clients in the industrial, residential, and turnkey project segments.
2. Business Development :
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including industrial clients, developers, and project consultants.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations to clients.
3. Financing & Project Coordination :
- Collaborate with internal teams and external financial partners to structure financing options for solar projects.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, technical, and project execution teams.
4. Customer Engagement :
- Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor project milestones and maintain transparent communication with clients.
5. Market Analysis & Reporting :
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to leadership.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Experience: 3-7 years in sales, preferably in industrial sales, electrical sales, or solar projects.
- Proven track record in handling large-scale projects or turnkey solutions.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with solar energy systems, related regulations, project financing, and relevant industry standards.
- Ability to understand and present technical solutions to clients.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
