Manager - Sales - Solar Product (1-5 yrs)
Sales Manager will responsible for generating direct and channel Solar PV sales for Freyr Energy. The candidate is also expected to develop channel partner network in the given region:
Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales of On-Grid, Off-Grid and Solar PV systems for Petrol Pumps (IOCL)
- Responsible for meeting Monthly & Quarterly Sales targets
- Expert in Netmetering Policy & Solar Subsidy schemes of the State
- Expert in accelerated depreciation, ROI, payback calculation
- Liaising experience with local discom& nodal agency
- Responsible for receivables and ensure outstanding does not cross 30 days
- Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments and support team members to deliver on expectations
- Report on data metrics in CRM Suite & implement programs to improve results with goal of increasing both internal & external customer satisfaction
- Support in detailed Site Surveys, generate Techno-Commercial proposal
Requirements
- Candidates with B2B Sales experience preferably in MSME segment including those from industry segments like: Cables, batteries, UPS, Wealth Management, Telecom will be considered.
- At least 2 years- experience in Solar PV projects will be preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 year experience in handling teams
- MBA and/or B-Tech is preferred
- Experience working in Industrial, Commercial, Institutional and Residential segments
- Knowledge of Rooftop & Ground Mounted Solar Power plants
- Familiar with financial Models like CAPEX & OPEX/ PPA
Skills expected:

- General Solar PV technology and market knowledge
