Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- To ensure achievement of sales target as per plan in coordination with Pan India Sales team.
- Act as a bridge to solve problems for the Field Sales Team.
- Manage and Maintain MIS for target vs achievement, incentives, PIPs etc
- Implement initiatives at the Installer/EPC/manufacturer level
- Build consumer & influencer connect and gather competitive Intelligence from the field sales.
- Understand geography-wise and team wise sales plans and cascade them to teams and support in their achievement.
- Track individual performance and take required action with the help of central team(s).
- Build consumer/influencer connect to build brand awareness and generate leads for the sales teams.
- Maintain regular MIS to ensure on-time Management reports/MIS and initiatives updates.
- Sales Promotion - Implementing all schemes/plans and initiatives for Installers/EPC/Sales Teams and other stakeholders as per the plan.
- Participate in performance review and knowledge sharing sessions.
- Ensuring marketing activities/road shows at ground level
Initiatives :
- Support in implementation of Initiatives for improvement in the current system and processes
- Oversee any other work as per business need as communicated from time to time.
Candidate Details :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
