Job Description

1. Experience in Sales in IBMS / Security & Surveillance /Entrance Control /Automation Industry/ Smart Parking System.

2. Proven record of acquiring new customers and extractingbusiness from the existing customers.

3. Product Knowledge: Electronic Security System, Automated Parking Management, Entrance Control Automation, low voltage electronic product, Smart Parking System.

4. Experience in managing sales from Large Accounts/Markets. Proven Sales consistency.

6. Domain Knowledge on Access control system/ CCTV system and BMS related to commercial building and fitouts.

7. Sales Experience and customer knowledge in and around North and South Region is preferable with connect to End users, consultants and PMCs.

8. Job responsibility includes identifying potential customers for the IBMS solution selling business.

9. Work closely with customer/consultant / architect to provide solution and win projects. Should have strong connect with Consultant / architect / PMC and customers in North and South

Region.

10. Identifies opportunities in own area of responsibility to contribute to the commercial success of the company, including increasing process efficiency or reducing problems.

11. Focused towards a specific goal set by others, especially business goals.

12. ELV Consultant /Architects & Vendor Approvals.
