Manager - Sales - Shipping (1-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic channel partners to drive business growth through acquisition of new shippers across defined districts
- Execute the sales strategy of the Company and take responsibility of achieving the assigned targets
- Acquire SME & MME customers by penetrating into the market as well as churning customers from competition
- Maintaining a strong relationship with shippers and advising them on issues related to the market & offering solutions for the same
- Drive market expansion: Identify industrial hubs where services could be launched based on the market potential and expansion plans
Desired Candidates:
- Graduate with total experience of 1-6 years sales/marketing
- Well verse with productivity tools - MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and ERP software
- Proven negotiation and communication skills. Fluency in English is a must
- Self starter, relentless hard worker to achieve targets, not afraid of rejections/cold calls
- Candidate from Delhi domicile will be preferred
