- Must have the knowledge and sales experience on electronic security systems i.e Fire Alarm, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, CCTV (analog and IP), etc
Key Responsibilities:
. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their concerns, requirements, and present appropriately to make a sale
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services and present the service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Build good working relationships
- Understand the needs of your business customers
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries
- Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's client base and ensures its strong presence.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status
