- To lead the sales territory of the respective channel in the respective geography/business vertical and to ensure the fulfillment of the respective goals in terms of sales, profit and working capital (receivables).
- Align local territory sales strategy to Region/Country/Channel strategy.
- Responsible to generate sales in the assigned territory of the respective business segment vertical/channel and be accountable for the overall performance of the assigned geography.
- Responsible to establish and build sustainable relationships with dormakaba Licensees and Value Added Resellers (Secondary Customers).
- Plan and implement comprehensive sales plan for the assigned territory that would contribute towards revenue and profit achievements.
- Ensure effective utilization of L.S Retail (software used by licensee for secondary billing to value added resellers).
- Responsible specifically for sales in the mid-market segment (S3) and ensure no cannibalization with Specification market (S1 and S2).
