We are looking for high-performing dynamic Sales professionals based out at -delhi ncr for lead conversion / sales / business development / end-to-end commodity trading into Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Scrap, and good into business development.

- To help us in business development / sales of ferrous scrap and to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

- You will be responsible for the success of the company's growth while maximizing your sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to upper management.

- Responsible for developing strategic sales plans, and cultivate client relationships.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

- Identify new business opportunities and research for market trends.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and report on sales activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 4-8+ years of experience in sales management/ Business development

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
