Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue generation, particularly in the diesel generator industry. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, lead a sales team, and drive business growth in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets, with a focus on sustained business growth.

- Revenue Generation : Leverage industry knowledge and experience to generate high-quality sales inquiries, convert leads into sales, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing tailored solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities within the Noida region to inform sales strategies.

- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to align on objectives, share best practices, and ensure cohesive efforts toward achieving overall sales goals.

- Sales Reporting : Regularly review and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure the achievement of business objectives.

- Contract Negotiation : Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

- Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in a sales management role, with a strong history of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, particularly within the diesel generator or related industries.

- Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of business segments and geographic regions, particularly around Noida, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to drive sales.

- Technical Proficiency : Experience with MS Office and email management tools, ensuring efficient and effective communication and reporting.

- Strategic Thinking : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-Motivation : Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a focus on achieving business objectives.

- Willingness to Travel : Availability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications:

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) in Automobile, Mechanical, or Production/Industrial disciplines is preferred.

- Industry Experience : Experience in the diesel generator industry or a related field is highly desirable.
