Manager - Sales - Sanitary Ware (2-5 yrs)
- Responsibility of sales generation and achieving targets in assigned territory.
- Responsibility of daily profitable selling, order position and order booking, daily visits to dealers & sub-dealers.
- Develop and build new sales and dealer networks.
- Encourage dealers/channel partners to store and display products
- Handle project sales and retail sales.
- Relationship management with architects and builders.
- Initiate visits, address enquiries and regular follow up with Projects, architects and builders
- Receivable management (collection of the outstanding payments)
- Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan, preparing a monthly budget.
- Identifying new areas for business growth and new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
- Energetic and Self-initiative, capable of planning and achieving targets.
