Manager - Sales - Salon/Spa - Wellness Products Firm (5-7 yrs)

As a Sales Manager- Salon/Spa, you will be responsible for business development and sales of the company's products through Salons and Spa.
What you will do:
- Identifying and locating potential Salon/Spa in the selected markets; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Educating clients about the company's service offering & product line available for retail purchase
- Valuing clients time and resolve clients concerns or complaints and providing an optimum solution
- Finalizing the deal with Salon/Spa by negotiating terms and conditions of each franchisee agreement.
- Responsible for keeping good relations with the salon/spa for regular business
Candidate Profile:
- What you need to have:
- Candidates who are currently selling to salons and spas
- For Salon - Branded Salon Products Selling are preferred
- Someone with a good network of salons and spas.
- Minimum 2 years of Sales experience
- Good Written & Verbal Communication skills
- Should have knowledge of ROI and P & L
