Jazz Up Salon is a chain of unisex hair & beauty salons present at 8 locations in Mumbai and Pune. It aims to revolutionize the hair and beauty business by offering quality services at affordable prices. In Mumbai the salon is located at Bandra & Vile Parle while in Pune the salons are located at Aundh, Bhandarkar Road, Wakad, Kothrud, PCMC and Baner . The salon chain is a sister concern of The Four Fountains Spa which is India's largest chain of affordable spas.

Job Description :

Reporting to: Area Manager

Work Hours: 10am -7pm & 12pm -9pm (Rotational & Weekly off between Mon-Thu)

Gender: Male / Female

Age: Below 32 years of age

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Must be confident, well-groomed and eager to learn.

2. Must have experience in handling customers.

3. Must have experience of leading a team of stylists, beauticians, front-office and housekeeping staff.

4. Should be able to speak fluently in English & Hindi.

5. Must have basic knowledge of computers and be comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point.

6. Should be able to interact with vendors and marketing partners.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Meet revenue (sales) targets for the salon

2. Control costs for the salon

3. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction

4. Ensure high levels of employee satisfaction

5. Manage inventory of consumables and linen

6. Manage cash and banking transactions

7. Maintain records and provide reports

8. Assist with marketing of the salon externally

9. Handle all maintenance issues related to the salon

10. Conduct daily, weekly and monthly reviews with salon staff
