My client provides a SAAS (Software as a Service) to truck fleet owners to improve their operation and utilisation. It's a young startup headquartered in Gurgaon, Haryana & backed by a Venture Capitalists firm.

Key Responsibilities :
- The Incumbent will have broad business area responsible for generating orders and revenue by persuading clients/Enterprises to use our services. Understand client's strategic objectives and business plans. Is accountable for the same.
- Identify and qualify new and expansion of opportunities to increase business within new and existing accounts & define & recommend strategy and implementation plans for same
- Identify and qualify risk analysis (threats) to existing accounts; define & recommend strategies and implementation plans for same
- Create and maintain strong contacts across the client base - understanding what is important to their business with which meaningful relationships can be developed
- Must be able to work and develop virtual support team within the organization to ensure that accounts receive the support they require be this new or existing business
- Take ownership of Client issues through to resolution
- Provide internal support to various departments & business groups to ensure communication integrity and understanding across accounts
- Meet and exceed key Sales Order, Revenue, retention, customer satisfaction and new business targets
- Must be extremely motivated with a passion to develop profitable new business and maintain profitable existing business
