Job Description :

At the forefront of this mission is our sales and business development team!

As a Sales Manager, you will go after major accounts, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. You'll be leading your own industry vertical and directly work with all major departments at the company, including the founder and the product, tech, & marketing teams.

You'll get the opportunity to do a range of interesting work, from selling clients a diversified suite of new-age AP automation & financial products, to helping shape sales strategy for the company, and contributing to product roadmap!

Here's what your day might look like at:

- Identifying key decision makers at your portfolio companies and nurturing leads.

- Preparing and delivering sales pitches to key decision makers at client companies.

- Travelling and meeting with customers onsite to discover and understand their needs, and close contracts.

- Growing business and meeting quarterly revenue targets

- Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline across target segments and geographies

- Leading and nurturing relationships, and creating sales opportunities across multiple geographies

- Working with product, tech, and marketing teams to improve existing products and launch new products

- Collaborate closely with Ops & Sales teams to support renewals, drive transactions, and explore expansion opportunities


We'd love if you have the following :

- Greater than 2 years experience in sales or account management, preferably at a SaaS or Fintech / Banking company

- A proven track record of achieving revenue targets, building client relationships and expanding sales

- An established network of SMBs and enterprise clients

- You take real ownership of your work and are driven to push yourself beyond your comfort zone

- Lots of patience and maturity in handling clients and leading your team
